Dy Manager - Clinic Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Owns the day-to-day operating costs of the clinic: monitors daily spend against budgetacross manpower, consumables, drugs, utilities, housekeeping, maintenance and vendorservices; controls wastage, overtime and pilferage; approves routine expenses withindelegated limits; and flags cost overruns to the Clinic Manager with corrective actions.

Supports the Clinic Manager in delivering the clinic's P&L: revenue through patient acquisition,cost optimisation and daily tracking of footfall, billing and collections.

Runs day-to-day clinic operations: OPD scheduling, patient flow, front office, billing, pharmacy,diagnostics and sample collection, so patients get a fast, smooth experience.

Oversees nursing and non-medical services (housekeeping, security, facility upkeep andbiomedical equipment) to agreed standards.

Manages procurement and SCM at clinic level: indents, inventory, consumables, drug expiryand vendor follow-up within budget.

Ensures compliance with clinic licences and statutory requirements, including NABH standardswhere applicable, biomedical waste rules, fire safety and infection control; keeps the clinicaudit-ready.

Handles people management for front-office, nursing, technician and support staff: rosters,attendance, leave, training and first-level grievances.

Coordinates with consultants and visiting doctors on OPD slots and availability; supportsDoctor Engagement programmes and the onboarding of new doctors.

Acts as the escalation point for patient complaints and feedback; tracks patient satisfaction anddrives corrective action.

Works with the Sales and Marketing team on promotions, health camps, corporate tie-ups,digital presence and outreach in the local community.

Supports referrals and the patient continuum of care into Narayana Health hospitals.

Prepares daily and monthly MIS reports on revenue, footfall, costs and service metrics for theClinic Manager.

Takes full charge of the clinic when the Clinic Manager is absent, and handles otherresponsibilities assigned by the organisation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
