Service is ok not great ,they should work more on there costumer service . and feel they should have more staff as there is only one guy if you open a new account and most of the time he is out of the bank for meetings , so had to call and wait for one hour for him .

Worst experience ... I don't know what stops these guys to give 24/7 online transactions support through net banking and there is no IMPS service for other banks .... Do u really would like to improve the business or just for time pass u have the bank ..

Fantastic experience even while holding a small account. Not much of interaction needed as processes are pretty clear and adhered to.
