Responsibilities include developing and optimizing operational procedures, supervising teams, coordinating with clients to meet service expectations, and monitoring system-driven processes to ensure streamlined management. The role also involves troubleshooting operational issues and implementing solutions to enhance performance and productivity. Qualifications Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and operational workflows Expertise in process optimization, resource allocation, and team supervision Ability to use data analysis and system-driven approaches to streamline operations Excellent communication, client management, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in logistics software and tools is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field Work experience in logistics or transportation industries is highly preferred Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
