Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business leads for Facility Management, Housekeeping, and Manpower Services. Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site assessments to understand customer requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, hospitals, residential associations, commercial properties, and industries. Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and capability presentations. Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets. Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients. Maintain MIS, sales reports, and daily activity logs. Represent DFMS professionally during client interactions and industry networking activities. Required Skills & Qualifications 13 years of experience in B2B Sales; experience in Facility Management or Manpower Services is an added advantage. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines. Willingness for field travel within city/region. Basic understanding of tendering, manpower calculations, and service costing (preferred). Minimum qualification: Bachelors degree in Business / Marketing / Any field.
