Role & responsibilities The Sales Executive is responsible for driving company sales growth by actively seeking new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, and building long-lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, target-driven individual with a passion for solution-based selling. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Prospecting Generate new sales leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, social media, and market research. Actively seek out new sales opportunities and partnerships. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs . 2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals. Act as the primary point of contact between the company and potential/existing clients. Provide after-sales support and proactively check in with clients to ensure maximum satisfaction. 3. Sales Execution & Closing Prepare and deliver compelling, tailored presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate and close deals (e.g., pricing, contracts, packages) that align with company revenue goals. Handle customer questions, inquiries, and objections with professionalism. 4. Reporting & Strategy Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets . Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client information in the CRM system. 5. Collaboration & Industry Knowledge Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Customer Support, Product) to ensure a seamless client experience and to provide customer feedback for product/service improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new products/services to maintain a competitive edge.
