Should have worked on ITIL framework solutions (Service Desk etc) Good understanding of process and concepts (Change management, Asset management, CMDB) Should be able to create technical write-ups and process documents Should be able to perform multi task

Act as a solution expert. Maintain Relationship with OEMs / distributors. Taking the valid lead from 20% to 60% (i.e., Deal Registration, Solutioning, PoC, BoM). Coordinating with the sales and technical teams to progress on opportunities created. Will carry bottom line targets. Post successful BoM finalization transfer the case to the respective sales team.
