As a Project Leader - Mechatronics at Ducom Instruments, you will be actively involved in the production of electromechanical systems. You will exercise your knowledge of mechanical, electronics, and software systems. You will manage projects, collaborate with a talented, interdisciplinary team on products for globally recognized customers. Key responsibilities: - Review and understand project deliverables and timelines - Plan resources for timely assembly, integration, and project execution - Integrate and energize Ducoms" test instruments - Calibrate and test instruments for performance and specification compliance - Troubleshoot electromechanical issues - Collaborate with mechanical, electronics, and software design teams for optimization Requirements: - Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or Electronics - Some experience with electromechanical systems preferred (work or college projects) - 3 to 5 years of related work experience in R&D, production, or technical service preferred Technical Skills: - Proficiency in C, C++, LabView, Arduino - Experience in soldering, wiring, sensor/actuator integration, and energization - Strong troubleshooting skills (noise elimination, performance optimization) - Ability to create technical documentation Non-Technical Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication - Organized approach to handling complex assignments - Ability to work well under pressure - Team player mindset Note: This role suits engineers interested in core engineering fields, building high precision products, and working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
