The role involves managing website content, ensuring smooth functionality, updating course details, and providing an excellent online experience for students. The ideal candidate should have a mix of technical WordPress skills, content management ability, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and update the IAS Academy website on WordPress. • Upload and manage courses, events, notifications, results, and announcements. • Regularly update content, banners, and images as per academic requirements. • Ensure website is responsive, fast, and secure. • Manage and configure WordPress plugins (SEO, forms, security, LMS if applicable). • Coordinate with faculty and the marketing team for timely updates. • Troubleshoot website errors, broken links, and technical issues. • Monitor and improve SEO, user experience, and site performance. Requirements • 1–2 years of experience in WordPress website development/management. • Strong knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript. • Familiarity with SEO practices and website performance optimization. • Experience with LMS plugins (like LearnDash, Tutor LMS, or similar) is a plus. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and ensur e timely updates.
