Technova Global is building an AI dubbing studio in Hyderabad. We dub films and series into new languages using ComposerX, our in-house AI dubbing tool. Full training on ComposerX is given.

About the role

As a Dubbing Adapter, you turn a film or series into a natural, well-timed dub in the target language. You adapt the translated script so it fits the actor's lips and timing, pick the right voice and emotion, generate the lines and choose the best take. The AI does the voice; you make it sound like a real performance.

Languages: Hindi is a must. Knowing Malay, Syrian Arabic, Marathi or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus and gets preference, but is not required.

What you will do

• Adapt the translated script line by line so it fits the on-screen mouth movement, pauses and length
• Keep the meaning, tone and character of the original; make it sound like natural spoken language, not a written translation
• Cast and check the voice for each character; set emotion and delivery for each line
• Generate lines in the tool, compare takes and keep the best one
• Fix timing on the timeline so each line starts and ends with the actor
• Fix the issues QC marks and send the part back for re-check
• Hit your daily line target and keep your part's status up to date

You need

• Good spoken and written Hindi (must)
• Working English
• Malay, Syrian Arabic, Marathi or Bahasa Indonesia – preferred, not mandatory
• A good ear for natural speech, timing and emotion
• Patience for detailed, repetitive work
• Comfort with computers and wearing headphones for a full day
• Freshers welcome; 1–2 years in dubbing, subtitling, translation or voice work is a plus

Who fits: dubbing writers and adapters, subtitlers and translators, voice actors and dubbing artists, scriptwriters, theatre people, language and literature graduates, mass-communication graduates.

Selection process

• Apply with your CV (CV is a must)
• Shortlisted candidates get a telephonic interview
• Final round: an in-person practical test (about 45 minutes) at our Hyderabad office – adapt a 1-minute clip to fit lips and timing, then generate and pick takes in a practice project

Location: Hyderabad – work from office only. Candidates based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate to Hyderabad may apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
