My shipment has to be delivered today. but still it marked as in transit. And their number is also not working. And DTDC customer service is also not good. Will not recommend to send ur things in DTDC.

Very Pathetic Service. My consignment reached Jaipur on 19th morning and still not delivered till 21st afternoon. Status shows still at the facility. Customer Care doesn't seem to care.... no one picks up the phone!!

The worst courier service I've seen in my life till now. The tracking shows delivery guy is out for delivery for consecutive 3 days and he didn't delivered. How the hail he can't find a location in 3 days. I mean how? Does my home lie in some other planet? Will that guy deliver my books after exams! Fu**king morons.

very very poor service, no response from the staff. neither they pick up the call nor they receive it. such a worst experience i have never seen in my life. no star for their service quality. Infact if there is minus star available i would give them -100 for their service. no response from them as my parcel reached their on 27/6/2018.
