Most Pathetic courier service. All their official numbers are always switched off or out of coverage. The website tracking keep getting issues. I don't know why are they into the business if they are incapable to provide the service.

The review written are very true they don't deliver package on my delivery is late by 3 days but no one is taking responsibility they always say will highlight your package to urgent they are saying same thing from 3 days right now I am tried of them

Not a good company for couriers . No update from back end support . No support from customer care . Even the customer care dnt know where the parcel is . I placed order from Pune on 26th may today is 30th may . No update .. Website showing parcel is in Pune surface . I mean why u are into this business . If you cannot deal

All the negative reviews are correct. The service is so bad from this branch. They will sit on your parcel for days without delivering for God knows what reason. Nobody picks up calls, and if they pick up your call, they'll give stupid …
