A very bitter experience from this office. Highly irresponsible, which doesn't bothered about what had happened to the parcel which has not delivered even after 21 days. Asked them to return it back after 21st day. Please find some other agencies if you want to keep your words to your customer.

They update ‘delivered’ in their system even without delivering to the customer (R73991065) and don’t even respond to our calls. Very irresponsible service. Parcel is still stuck in their office for many days now. They don’t even respond. Worst service
