Dtdc Express is right below the aarey metro station, take an exit from B side and take stairs to come down and 10-12 steps walk and there comes the courier office with the huge sign board in the entrance with the security guard standing at the gate.

A very pathetic service and simply unprofessional people. Please book and look for other courier services in the area than them. The worst is their branch Manager named Mr Deep Kadam,nit even ready intervene in the matter or to resolve the issue.

Very Bad Experience. Parcel Never received, Tracking tells, delivered, Customer Care tells, delivered, POD signed. When I have OTP and have never gave it to anyone, how can it be delivered ? I sincerely feel, Backend team and delivery boys have stolen my parcel in convivence ... Thieves , petty thieves

Worst experience with this courier services. The delivery boy is not able to find a simple address, seems like they are to willing to deliver the parcel on 31st Dec 2024 , which schedule date of delivery. We will not get any kind of help and assistance from there end . They are not to and fro communication for this courier
