Most careless courier service,pls don't use, last 2 days I am chasing for chirote ordered from bakelite pune, they said the consignment is missing. Its food item and its missing and none of them is giving me answer if this will be delivered ever, pls don't use dtdc for sending food or snacks or preferably don't use dtdc at all

Good option. But only for big cities. Otherwise they may accept your letter or parcel and may not even deliver at proper address. Network is very strong for big cities though.
