DTDC Vashi service is not even deserve for single star, as there is no option for lower then single star so I given single star. From last seven days one percel(a envelope is there) but they are not delivering. false tracking details …

The worst service experience I have had till date. Doesn't even deserve the one star. Will never seek services from them, and I sincerely ask businesses to do the same.

First of all it was very hard to locate thier warehouse. Secondly I had a very fragile parcel and priceless as it was my dad's remains. It was laying there I don't know since when. When I asked why didn't u guys deliver it to my address. …

Received shipment in 3 weeks, 5 days was promised, and it was damaged in n out . Couldn't have been more horrible!!! And another fact - alwaz run sort of employees ; stop ruining people's stuff when u can't handle!
