I would have selected 0 stars if it were an option, but I had to choose 1. Please cancel the agreement with this service agency and find someone who can provide better service. They don't know how to respect customers and don't respond to phone calls.

Very very worst... Don't book any courier on this courier and services.. It's very very worst services. Its too late to deliver for the parcel . Worst services forever. Customer support team also very very worst response to take the action for this hub.
