Worst courier service ever. These people do not care about the customers or the products. They aren't organised at all. I once walked in directly to the Eldams road branch asking for my product, it took almost 2-3 hours for them to even find my product. Online vendors should stop using this company for delivery of their product.

Worst service ever! They have been holding my parcel for over two weeks and there’s no response even if you call multiple times. I tried complaining through their support, but even they couldn’t reach this branch. Avoid using this service for your delivery needs.

Worst experience. I recieved parcel from north india. It will be in hub for more than 10 days even they will not bother about the customer. They didnt pick the call too.

They keep the courier with them even after giving the detailed address we have to call 100 times and remind them to deliver the package they don't respond properly very bad service and waste of money instead we can send it through normal post
