Very very worst service. They didn't call me and the contact number was totally switched off. Can I give below zero star for this company. My order was returned back and there was not a single effort to action to deliver. Worst of worst courier service. Going to tell my friends to not deal with DTDC.

My parcel reached eldams road branch on 07th Dec'24 and now it is 11th Dec'24 still no efforts taken to deliver the product. Customer care is big Zero.. I am not sure when my parcel will be delivered..

Would give 0 stars if possible. I have had problems with parcels getting delivered numerous times, and have had to pick up the parcels myself, what is the use of a delivery service if they cannot do the very thing that they’re meant to? …

Absolutely crap service. Don't pick up phone , don't deliver parcels, dont revert calls or update customers on parcel delays or situation, just absolutely nonsense of a company that needs to be completely revised and the negligent ppl there should be fired urgently ! Pathetic . I gave one star but in reality I'm giving them 0 stars .
