My parcel was missed initially and sent back by local dtdc in Visakhapatnam. Pooja was my point of contact where she took the responsibility and chase my shipment and I am glad my parcel has been received home safely. I think this is the hopeless third graded service in the world. I am just trying to connect this courier service about my package, called atleast 10 times but nobody is ready to reply correctly. What a rubish service. They should close down their business.

It takes ages to receive your parcel. And they write unable to deliver (receiver not available) without even attempting to deliver or without calling you.
