Worst courier experience that I have experienced so far. My person sitting at the desk told me that the courier to Mumbai will take 3-4 days but instead it took around 18 days to reach the destination. I had sent multiple emails, called multiple times at the customer care and always they had a new reason for the delay.

Too expensive. They don't check weight of the parcel.

Booked fast courier for some urgent documents. But of no use of paying fast service charges as the parcel was delivered very late after 3-4 days. Pathetic service. Staff is not taking any responsibility for the delay.
