Collaborate with internal design teams to align on project requirements and ensure client expectations are met. Rack and report on business development activities, sales metrics, and project outcomes to senior management. Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, analyzing successes and areas for improvement. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in business development, with experience in interior design or architecture preferred.
