Primary Role: We are seeking a highly driven and passionate Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Sales for our Simulation Division . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of high-end models and simulation devices across the assigned territory, fostering key relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Job Description: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets for task trainers and simulation products Identify and prospect potential customers distributors in hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions. Co-ordination with distributors on a regular basis to drive the sales number in the assigned territory. Meeting and conducting product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the features and benefits of devices. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, Doctors, Paramedics, and other healthcare professionals. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. Provide feedback to the management on customer needs and market demand. Supporting tender team in preparing and participating relevant tenders floated in the assigned territory Supporting other divisions of the company in case of any documentation or any other kind of support work. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Supporting dealers and providing documentation to dealers for tenders. Follow up & concluding installations and payment follow up Desired Skills: Proven experience in medical device sales, preferably in simulation equipment. Strong product knowledge in medical simulation or related medical equipment Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region. Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Biomedical, Life Sciences, Electronics, or related domains MBA is an added advantage Candidates with prior simulation sales experience will be preferred

Job Description: Technical sales and Lead generation for medical devices and equipment in the territory of North India and East India Will be working primarily in Eye and ENT Segment Organizing and Conducting training programs for Clinical/Para Clinical professionals Conducting Pre and Post sales demonstrations Good knowledge of Human Anatomy and basic physiological processes To prepare technical presentation for product promotion, chiefly for medical and training use To undertake complete key account management of medical institutions To prepare quotation and technical proposals for assigned equipment category and complete sales follow up including post sales follow ups Should be having good proficiency with Computer and internet use Must have experience of dealer networking. 2-5 Yrs. Experiences in Technical Sales Job Specification: Must have experience in Eye and ENT segment/ Ophthamology Candidates with Experience in Medical Device or Equipment.
