This is DSR Bangalore HQ office. Our experience with CRM team at DSR has been pleasant to say the least. DSR is expanding aggressively in Bangalore after success in Hyderabad and most of their properties are value for money deals at decent locations.

The worst builder with no ethics n professionalism. The project manager tells me that for extra switch boards we have to remove tiles and that’s lot of work. I was like “Whatttt ? are you kidding me ?” Once agreement is signed they show their true colour. Never ever expect a professionalism from the admin n team

This is worst office of all time. They just provide false information every time and they are not at all professional. If you buy a flat from DSR then be prepared for mental torture from the moment of booking the flat to getting the flat on your own name.

Good Place for office setup. Lease cost is high. Currently 3rd and 4th floor is occupied by two different organizations. 1st and 2nd floor still looks vacant.
