Drupal Developer

You have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Drupal 10 & 11 Developer at the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) in Thiruvananthapuram. As a skilled developer, you will be responsible for developing, upgrading, and maintaining high-performance Drupal-based websites and applications. Working alongside a diverse team of designers, developers, and project managers, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional digital experiences. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining Drupal 10 & 11 websites, migrating existing Drupal sites, creating responsive and accessible front-end experiences, optimizing front-end code, and implementing third-party APIs for seamless integrations. You will also need to have a strong understanding of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Drupals hook system, and modern development tools like Composer, Drush, and Git. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or MCA, along with at least 2 years of experience in Drupal development (7/8/9/10). Exposure to Drupal 11 would be a significant advantage. In addition to technical skills, we are looking for individuals with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks effectively.
