We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive operations & inventory management intern to support the day-to-day backend operations of our footwear brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing systems, managing stock, and ensuring smooth order fulfilment from the warehouse to the customer. Comfortable working in a startup environment where processes are evolving, and flexibility is key. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Inventory & stock management: Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock Track inventory levels and flag low-stock items for reordering Update stock sheets regularly (sizes, colours, SKUs) Coordinate stock movement between the warehouse, studio, and third-party partners Order fulfilment & packaging: Oversee order packing and ensure correct products are dispatched Coordinate with courier partners for daily pickups and deliveries Ensure timely dispatch of customer and third-party orders Handle deliveries to influencers, vendors, and other partners Returns & exchanges: Manage product returns and exchanges Inspect returned items and update stock records accordingly Coordinate with customers and couriers for smooth reverse pickups Handle customer queries related to orders, delivery, and returns: Act as a point of contact between the brand and courier partners Follow up on delayed, lost, or misrouted shipments Maintain daily/weekly operations reports: Identify gaps in operations and suggest process improvements Assist in setting up better systems for inventory and dispatch management Maintain stock across multiple sales channels and third-party platforms, including quick commerce partners and online marketplaces, by accurately updating and reconciling inventory on Unicommerce to ensure real-time stock visibility and prevent overselling.
