Manage content calendars for organic and paid campaigns, brainstorming and developing trending social media content ideas that captivate and engage our audience. Lead paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta, and Pinterest to maximize ROI, conducting A/B testing on creatives and ad copies to optimize performance. Monitor budgets, bids, and KPIs to ensure cost-efficient campaign execution, optimizing the brand's website for search engines focusing on organic traffic and user experience. Maintain the website and manage stocks across online platforms and third-party apps, planning and executing engaging activities with influencers such as giveaways, styling challenges, and collaborative campaigns. Curate and onboard micro-influencers who align with the brands ethos and create strategies for collaborations and UGC (User-Generated Content). Develop and manage email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers, providing detailed reports with actionable insights to improve future strategies. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, and Email Marketing platforms. Strong creative skills with a knack for storytelling and a data-driven mindset. Ability to work in a collaborative, creative environment where your ideas truly matter. 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fashion, lifestyle, or footwear industry.
