Drum Faculty / Teacher

Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Drum Faculty for our Besant Nagar Branch. The teacher should be capable of handling students from beginner to advanced levels and preparing them for Trinity College London and/or Rockschool (RSL) graded exams.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual or small group drum classes
• Teach grade-wise syllabus (Trinity / Rockschool)
• Prepare students for graded exams and internal performances
• Maintain student progress records and give regular feedback
• Support academy events, workshops, or band performances when needed

Requirements:

• Must have minimum graded certification in drums (Trinity / Rockschool or equivalent) – OR – equivalent playing skills, experience, or teaching ability to confidently prepare students for grade exams
• Prior teaching experience preferred
• Able to communicate well in English (preferred)
• Availability: 4 PM – 8 PM, 4 days/week Compensation & Schedule:
• Part-time role
• Monthly Classes: 8
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (based on qualifications & experience)
