Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns. Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting. Set up and optimize conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager & GA4. Write & test high-converting ad copies using Responsive Search Ads (RSA). Implement and manage negative keywords, ad extensions, and bidding strategies (Manual CPC, Target ROAS, etc.). Conduct regular A/B tests to improve CTR, CVR, and reduce CPA. Monitor daily campaign performance and drive data-backed optimizations. Troubleshoot and resolve disapproved ads, low Quality Scores, and attribution issues. Collaborate with creative and dev team for landing page alignment & CRO suggestions. Create and maintain reports using Looker Studio or Google Ads dashboard. ✅ Required Skills & Experience: Proven ability to drive positive ROAS with scalable strategies. Deep understanding of Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns. Strong command over keyword match types, ad rank, and bidding strategies.
