Company Description Drone Sarthi Pvt. Ltd. is a Bihar-based emerging drone technology startup with a mission to revolutionize agriculture, disaster response, and tech education through affordable, indigenous drone solutions. Our goal is to bridge the gap between rural India and advanced aerial technology by delivering practical, reliable, and impactful drone services. With completed prototype phase and government startup support, we are preparing for an official launch soon. Headquartered in Motihari, Bihar, we aim for national expansion. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Drone Developer located in Motihari. The Drone Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing drone systems. Daily tasks include software development for drones, integration of UAV systems, piloting and testing drone flights, and collaborating with robotics experts to enhance drone performance. The Drone Developer will also participate in training workshops and contribute to our educational programs. Qualifications Experience with UAV systems and Drone Piloting Proficiency in Robotics and Software Development for drones Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively Excellent communication skills and ability to conduct training sessions Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or related field Experience in agriculture or disaster response sectors is a plus Hands-on experience with drone technology and prototyping
