Key Responsibilities (indicative and not exhaustive):

Receive/Pick-up/Drop-off of Institutional Guests including VIPs/Foreigners, Guest Faculty Members, Director and NIBM Faculty/Staff in a safe, timely, and efficient manner and to interact with guests and clients respectfully and amicably.
Cleaning of both the inside and outside of the vehicles, maintain log book of mileage, no. or trips, check vehicle worthiness before travel etc.
Filling Petrol/Diesel as required, taking the vehicle for regular servicing, etc.
To handle roadside emergency situations efficiently by employing knowledge of vehicle repair.
To work with flexible schedule/ rotational shifts and location as per Institutes requirements.
The list of duties is illustrative and not exclusive. It is subject to change from time to time depending upon exigencies of the services.

Any other responsibilities incidental to the post, as may be assigned by the Competent Authority in the Institute.
