This position will work closely with the HR Technology team and HR Leaders to execute the enterprise strategy for Employee Central and connected SuccessFactors modules. You will provide direction and subject matter expertise to internal teams related to SuccessFactors and partner with others on projects. You should be familiar with HR business practices and the technologies supporting those activities, and will lead the analysis, design, maintenance, and improvement of them as required. You’ll work with large amounts of data to draw conclusions and make recommendations to translate complex business needs into technology or process solutions. You’ll also research, resolve and proactively minimize issues, both independently and with internal stakeholders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Partner with internal stakeholders to defining requirements, configure, testing, and deploy solutions in SuccessFactors. Follow a standard process for work intake, prioritization, change control, and execution. Take ownership at each stage to minimize risk and ensure a successful launch. Monitor internal stakeholder and team activity, questions, and challenges to identify trends and work with leadership on opportunities for enhancements, documentation, clarification, and/or communications. Develop and maintain applicable reports, summarize findings via presentations in response to requests from the business. Understand complex HR business practices and technology and act as technology steward. Adherence to governance standards, policy, and process, including data security and privacy requirements. Provide guidance and expertise to stakeholders, including leading HR system discussions with team members and vendor representatives to achieve desired expectations and goals. Strong Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
