Very well maintained by the committee and staff. Very spacious, good amenities, ample parking space. Excellent place to stay.

Good society but approaching road is not maintained. Too bad condition. Especially in monsoon season.

Good society very calm neighbourhood. Approach road to the society is in dispute and is still gravel road. The society design is old but very spacious flats.

All the buildings are constructed in a way that every flat gets sunlight , enough air, so ventilation.
Swimming pool, the society club house and gardens looked maintained and clean .

Water proofing is needed, there is water on walls in raining season. Plaster falls down in bathroom. Old building.
