About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive LinkedIn Outreach Specialist who can identify, engage, and schedule demo meetings with decision-makers (managers, directors, CEOs) of logistics and supply chain companies. This is not a boring desk job. It’s a high-impact, high-energy role where your communication and hustle will directly influence DrayHub’s growth. Responsibilities: Find and connect with relevant prospects (decision-makers in 3PLs, Freight Forwarding, Importers/Exporters) via LinkedIn. Use smart, personalized outreach strategies to start conversations and book product demo meetings. Follow up consistently using LinkedIn messages, InMails, comments, and smart engagement tactics. Qualify leads and pass them on to our sales/product onboarding team. Maintain accurate records of outreach and conversions in our CRM system. Regularly update messaging scripts based on performance and feedback. You Are a Good Fit If: You live and breathe LinkedIn – know how to find, connect, and engage with people who matter. You’re fluent in English and can write messages that convert without sounding salesy or robotic. You understand how to research a company and its leadership before making contact. You’ve worked in B2B SaaS or logistics outreach roles before (preferred but not mandatory). You’re target-driven, self-motivated, and not afraid of rejection. Must know how to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outreach automation tools. What Success Looks Like: 20–30 meaningful decision-maker conversations/week. 10+ demo meetings booked/month. 3–5 new clients onboarded from your outreach/month. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in lead research, data extraction, or logistics-related roles. - Proficiency in using data scraping, research, or lead-generation tools. - Familiarity with supply chain, freight, or drayage logistics is advantageous. - Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. - Basic knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations is preferred.
