Draughtsman - BIM - Structure

Role Overview: As a Draftsman BIM Structural at Top Concept Engineering Consultant Pvt. Ltd., located in Shanti Nagar, Bangalore, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software. Your role will involve collaborating closely with engineers and project managers to ensure that designs meet specifications and are completed on time. Key Responsibilities: - Produce precise technical drawings, layouts, and details required for fit-out projects. - Translate design concepts and specifications into working drawings, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with design standards, client requirements, and regulations. - Prepare detailed Drafter - BIM - Structures and develop shop drawings. - Maintain and update drawings throughout the design and construction phases. - Participate in site visits when required. Qualification Required: - Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. - Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Draftsman specializing in fitout works within the architectural or engineering sector. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting/design software. - Strong understanding of architectural drawings, fitout drawings, joinery details, and construction methods. - Strong attention to detail, team player, time management skills, and ability to work under pressure. - Understanding of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations. - Strong communication and coordination abilities with design, site, and engineering teams.,
