This includes company-owned and franchise stores, AID (architects and interior designers) network, and modern trade. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Channel Growth Drive curtain sales across COCO, FOFO, and modern trade stores in Mumbai Activate and nurture AID relationships, handle consultations, and support project-based conversions Identify and execute local business development opportunities, including exhibitions, society activations, and design studio partnerships Support store teams with sales training, catalog walkthroughs, and pitch strategy Category Ownership Ensure full-display implementation: fabric falls, blinds, linings, pleat options, and customization samples Track category performance and customer feedback to guide merchandising and product mix decisions Coordinate with central teams to align inventory, pricing, and product presentation at store level Contribute insights for new launches, regional preferences, and assortment planning What We’re Looking For: 4–6 years of experience in sales, category, or merchandising—preferably in furnishings, soft décor, or modern trade Working knowledge of curtain types, fittings (rods, tracks), fabric qualities, and customer use-cases Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both retail and B2B environments Comfortable working with performance targets and field reporting tools Strong organizational skills and ability to work cross-functionally with design, operations, and marketing teams This role blends product passion with on-ground hustle — ideal for someone who wants to build and own the curtain category across touchpoints.
