We had an appointment for 5 pm and we reached on time.but the receptionist said there are three other appointments are there at the same time. And we need to wait for minimum 1.5 hrs . This is not the professionalism that a chain of institute should show. Very disappointed with dr. Batras clinic Nerul, Navi Mumbai.

From last 4 years i am getting treatment for soraysis skin disease from Dr. Batras nerul clinic. I have got good improvement in recovery but not yet recovered 100%. I hope in running year will be recovered 100%. Thanks Dr. Batras Team.
