Job Description

We are hiring Project Management Consultants to support the implementation, integration, and ongoing management of privacy and data protection tools as part of a DPDP compliance project.

The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding, project coordination, compliance knowledge, and experience in implementing technology solutions within enterprise IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical evaluation support for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and assess proposed technology solutions.
• Coordinate the implementation of data protection and privacy compliance tools.
• Support end-to-end implementation and integration of tools with the existing IT environment.
• Ensure workflow automation and support continuous adherence to DPDP compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with IT, information security, privacy, compliance, and business teams to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor implementation progress, identify risks, and support timely resolution of project issues.
• Oversee the maintenance and sustenance of implemented tools.
• Support documentation, reporting, and ongoing compliance activities.
• Ensure implemented solutions align with business requirements and applicable data protection obligations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Information Security.
• Must possess at least one relevant certification: CISSP, CIPP/E, CIPP/A, CIPM, CIPT, or ISO 27701 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data protection, privacy, information security, or regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrable experience with DPDP Act compliance requirements.
• Experience in IT project management, technology implementation, systems integration, or compliance tool deployment.
• Understanding of workflow automation, privacy technology solutions, and enterprise IT environments.
• Strong project coordination, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Conditions

• Five days a week, working from the client office in Mumbai.
• Regular business hours; Saturday working may be required based on business needs.
• Working hours may occasionally extend depending on project timelines.
• The exact office location will be shared upon selection.
• Background verification, including a Police Clearance Report, will be required.
• Candidates must be available to join immediately or at short notice.

Candidates with hands-on experience in privacy technology implementation and DPDP compliance projects are preferred.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
