DPL Homes well Known name in residential Project, My uncle purchase a flat in "CASA ROMANA" at dharuhera, I was visited site with uncle really they used good material for constructing project.

I booked apartment at casa romana omn2014 and promised delivery was 2018... We are in 2020 but there is no hope to get possession of my flat in coming years..

Booked flat in 2014 and still there is no confirmation on delivery and no one is working on the project completion. One of the worst Real Estate company who has no value.

They have breached every condition which they can .Project delayed infinitely.Stopped monthly rental .No progress in the Tower in which my flat is booked from last six years.Paying EMI to bank just like draining hard earned money .It is just unacceptable from builder .They are worst then even rating one but no other option.
