Casa Romana has already been delayed by 3 years and there is no progress, builder has looted the investors money. This project is a waste of money, keep away from investing a single rupee in this.

I booked a flat in 2014 in CASA ROMANA they promised me to give possession in Sep 2017. Now 2020 No sign of getting it. With out getting flat I'm paying EMI. I have been cheated by DPL

Third class builder. Construction started in 2013 and still have not completed half of the project. DPL has no money now. All the falt owners have filed law suites against them.
