Its a scam, booked a flat in 2014 on the promise that it will be delivered by Dec 2017. Close to 90% have been demanded and paid however there is hardly 30-40% completion. They have pending cases in RERA and NCLT against them and hundreds of buyers have joined hands to sue them for fraudulent practices.

The DPL keep on delaying the project because of lack of fund. Most of the buyer including me has paid 85% of payment and till now the project not yet reached that level. The CRM will not bothered to reply you on your mail.

Very bad. Booked flat in 2006 with assurance to deliver in 2010. No possession till 2013. In 2013 pessession of incomplete flat offered. Price escalated inorbitantly. Large number of court cases were filed. For face saving name was changed …

Booked 2BHK flat in Casa Romana project, Dharuhera in 2013, More then 85% demand paid but still only super structure Completed. No positive response from builder. Many cases in Court/RERA/NCLT. Assured rental also stopped 2year back. No reply of mails, visits.

Pathetic experience, booked flat at Casa Romana in YR 2013 still no progress. Multiple cases are going on builder, sitting on top of peoples money. Pre-EMI scheme offer by builder during booking are on hold By builder and impacting credit of buyer.

I booked my dream home in 2014 and still waiting to get it deliver. I am left to pay Bank EMI and rent. Builder is trying to fool the innocent buyers, who put their hard earned money to get their dream home.
