Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Cloud Support Engineer located in Seoul, South Korea. The Cloud Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting cloud infrastructure issues, providing technical support to clients, managing and administering cloud systems, ensuring network security, and managing networking tasks. Qualifications Experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support System Administration skills Knowledge of Network Security Proficiency in Networking Excellent problem-solving abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Relevant certifications and experience in cloud platforms are a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
