Job Description

Responsibilities: ● Lead and manage a team of developers for the successful delivery of technical projects. ● Design and develop web applications using ASP.NET (MVC, Core), ReactJS/NextJS, APIs, and SQL Server. ● Oversee end-to-end SDLC, including architecture, coding, code review, testing, and deployment. ● Implement DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using modern tools and practices. ● Work in close coordination with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals. ● Ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performance applications. ● Create reports and dashboards using SSRS and interpret data-driven insights. ● Collaborate closely with stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels. Required Skills & Qualifications: ● Minimum 14+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year as a Technical Manager/Technical Project Manager. ● Recent 2+ years of experience with ReactJS is mandatory. ● Hands-on with ASP.NET (Web Forms, MVC, .NET Core), SQL Server, APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. ● Experience working with cloud (preferably Microsoft Azure). ● Strong understanding of microservices, DevOps tools, and CI/CD. ● Proficient in report design using SSRS. ● Strong communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
