Education / Professional Affiliations:

B.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, M.Tech- IT.

Fintech Preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

To be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of IT projects. Build strong client relationships and promote business growth. The profile includes managing around 1-2 Products/Project.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver multiple IT projects end-to-end, including adherence to quality, timelines, project scope and budget.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Assign duties and responsibilities to project staff and oversee outputs.

Conduct performance evaluations for project team members that are timely and constructive.

Code review and helping junior.

Skills:

Strong Practical Knowledge in OOPs is Mandatory

Knowledge of C#, ASP .Net Core, MVC, Entity Framework, Repository Pattern, SQL server/Oracle is required.

Hands on Experience in Web API is Mandatory

Experience in Angular 16+, CSS, SASS, jQuery, JavaScript is Mandatory

Thorough understanding of Unit Testing and basic knowledge of CI/CD is required.
