I purchased Dorset lock last year in May 23 ,it is not working at all.Made many complaints to the customer care but no action.Iam 70 year old person ,the Companys behaviour is very bad.Please don’t buy this product.This is a fraud company.

Worst after sale service. No one is coming to install my locks. Agent keep telling they will come they will call you but no one is coming.

Absolutely useless company. Go for Samsung Digital locks. They sell locks and for the demo they charge money within a month of installation.

Bought dorset handlelocks. Extremely dissatisfied. Only interested in selling. No care for customer. Will make false promises of service. Extremely disappointed with the purchase. Avoid this fraud company.

Wondering which digital Door lock to use for my home as there are many digital lock brands available on the market. Finally bought a DG101 Smart lock that comes with biometrics, Pincode, RFID card, and key access. Customer support is a highly effective and quick installation that made me realise that it was the right decision.
