Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing donors, encouraging continued contributions, and identifying potential new donors to support the organisation's fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing donors through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Engage with existing donors to encourage recurring and increased contributions.
• Identify and approach potential new donors through various channels.
• Develop strategies to expand the donor base and achieve fundraising targets.
• Communicate the organisation's activities, projects, and impact to donors.
• Conduct donor follow-ups, maintain records, and update donor databases.
• Coordinate donor meetings, visits, and fundraising campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on donor engagement, fundraising progress, and achievements.
• Ensure proper donor relationship management and timely acknowledgements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to convince, negotiate, and engage with donors.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up and networking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and donor management systems.

Preferred Candidate

A proactive and result-oriented individual who can nurture existing donor relationships while actively exploring opportunities to connect with new donors and expand the organisation's fundraising network.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
