Domain Trainer (Logistics)

Job Summary

The Domain Trainer will be responsible for delivering classroom and practical training in

Logistics and Supply Chain Management with a focus on Warehouse Operations, Supply

Chain Processes, and Export-Import Management. The trainer will ensure that learners

acquire industry-relevant knowledge, practical skills, and employability competencies to

become job-ready professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

 Deliver training sessions on Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain Management, and

Export-Import Processes.

 Conduct both theoretical and practical sessions using industry-oriented

methodologies.

 Ensure effective learning outcomes through interactive training techniques,

simulations, case studies, and hands-on activities.

 Facilitate skill development in line with industry standards and employer

expectations.

Assessment & Evaluation

 Conduct periodic assessments, assignments, and practical evaluations.

 Monitor learner progress and provide individual coaching where required.

 Maintain training records, attendance, assessment reports, and learner performance

data.

Industry Engagement

 Coordinate with industry partners for guest lectures, industrial visits, and placement

opportunities.

 Support placement activities by preparing students for interviews and workplace

expectations.

 Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate them into training programs.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce,

Business Administration, Export-Import Management, or a related field.

 Relevant certifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or

Export-Import Operations will be an added advantage.

Experience

 Minimum 2–5 years of industry experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain,

Export-Import Operations, Freight Forwarding, or related domains.

 Prior experience in training, teaching, or skill development programs is preferred.

 Experience in CSR, vocational training, or skill development projects will be an added

advantage.

Skills & Competencies

 Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.

 Sound understanding of warehouse processes and export-import documentation.

 Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

 Ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.

 Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning tools.

 Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
