Job Description (JD): We are looking for a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in PEB structures and civil building design. The candidate should possess excellent command over AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and BOQ preparation. The role involves site visits, client coordination, and technical planning from design to execution. Key Responsibility Areas (KRA): 1. Design & Technical Work: Prepare and review designs for PEB and RCC/civil structures. Use AutoCAD for drafting and STAAD Pro for structural analysis and design. Ensure designs meet industry standards, codes, and client requirements. 2. BOQ & Estimation: Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) from structural and architectural drawings. Generate cost estimates and material requirements for civil and PEB works. Work closely with procurement for rate analysis and vendor comparison. 3. Project Execution Support: (Optional) Conduct site visits for project feasibility, monitoring, and quality control. Resolve on-site issues in coordination with site supervisors and contractors. Ensure adherence to design specifications during execution. 4. Client Coordination: (Optional) Attend client meetings, provide technical support, and understand project requirements. Share design insights and coordinate approvals and changes from the client. Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and consultants. 5. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain proper records of drawings, estimates, and project status. Prepare project progress reports and share updates with management. Required Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and MS Excel. Strong knowledge of PEB structures, RCC structures, and foundation design. Excellent skills in BOQ preparation, estimation, and quantity take-offs. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
