Great customer service with Ms Neha at helm of affairs. But, unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the local arrangement. I mean dealers etc. Nevertheless once you would interact with Neha, you may not find it necessary to go to a local supplier, I trust.

Cheap low quality items that were broken when received. After delivery they stopped answering any calls. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM FOR YOUR HOTELS AS IT WILL MOSTLY COME BROKEN AND THEN YOUR GUESTS ARE GOING TO THINK THIS IS YOUR QUALITY STANDARD.
