Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with at least 2 years of experience in IT services sales , digital marketing services , or online media solutions . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service-based sales , with proven expertise in international client acquisition . This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore , with flexibility required for night shifts . Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and digital services sectors. Generate qualified leads through research, cold outreach, and online platforms. Acquire and manage international clients , ensuring a consistent inflow of global business. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, project management, and operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and client needs. Attend client meetings, prepare proposals, and participate in contract negotiations. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular performance reports. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT services or digital marketing . Demonstrated experience in service-based sales and acquiring international clients . Strong understanding of global market dynamics and B2B sales processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Flexibility to work night shifts to support global clients. Must be willing to work on-site in Mysore . Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field . Sales certifications or additional training in business development is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in international IT sales or digital agency environments .
