Document Controller Lead

Role & responsibilities

• CDE Management: Serve as the Super User/Administrator for the Asite platform, configuring project workspaces, user permissions, and attributes.
• Managing the flow of project data and document them between the delivery team, client, and other departments.
• Document Control & Distribution: Log, categorize, track, and distribute all incoming and outgoing project documents (drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals) within Asite.
• Maintaining, controlling, and updating project documents within Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as ACC, ProjectWise, BIM 360, Asite, Share Point, and similar platforms.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all document naming conventions, revisions, and metadata conform to project and ISO standards.
• Recording, tracking, sharing, and storing all incoming & outgoing project documents, correspondences, reports, MOMs, and other project related data.
• Reporting & Audit: Generate weekly and monthly document status reports, outstanding action tracking lists, and full audit logs using Asite analytics tools.
• Ensure timely reviews, approvals, and submissions.
• Coordinating with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate the training & Support as well for newly onboard internal project team members. subcontractors, and clients on how to effectively navigate and use Asite.

Preferred candidate profile

- Asite Proficiency: Minimum of 58 years of hands-on, advanced experience managing complex projects inside the Asite CDE environment.

- Industry Experience: 3+ years of working experience as a Document Controller in construction or civil engineering companies.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of standard construction documents, drawings (BIM/CAD file tracking), and engineering lifecycles.

Formal Asite system administration or power-user certification is highly

advantageous.
